Agreement

In Wednesday the twelveth of March , 2008 , an agreement have been done between:
a- Nestle company, homs, Syrian Arab Republic. Pointed to in this agerrment as the first part.
b- Mr.Abduallah, Syrian, his address..., and who is poited to in this agreement as the second part.

The terms of this agreement:
1- The first part agreed to employ the second part as an engineer with a first degree depluma. His manager determines his duties according to the work-s requirements . The second part must agree to perform all the duties on the best way using ( having benefit of) his abilities and experiace for the sake of the first part.
2- this agreement lasts for two years. Concedering the first
part-s first day in work as the begining of these two years as it is mentioned at the end of this page. And it is renewable for 2
years or more. In the case of one part-s desire not to renew this agreement , this part should tell the other part by a letter sent two monthes before the end of the agreement.
3- The second part-s work will be in the first part-s company in Jedah, Saudi Arab Kingdom. The first part has the right to move the second part on, in any time, to a branch of the company or the set of companies according to the work requirements temporarily or permanently.
