Letters have their own importance in our life. I have studied many writing styles of them during my studying life, but I reached to these styles:
1-
الرسائل العامة أي الرسائل الشخصية :
The personal letters:
و هي الرسائل التي نرسلها للاصدقاء أو الزملاء و تحمل طابعاً غير شخصي
These letters are sent to our friends or colleagues, and they are not formal.
نلاحظ في الرسالة الامور التالية :
1-التاريخ يكون في الجانب العلوي الايمن ويبدأ بالشهر ثم اليوم مع الفاصلة ثم السنة .
2- يكون بعد التحية فاصلة .
3- نترك خمسة فراغات (Indention)
4- التوديع يكون بكلام عامي وبعده فاصلة
5- اسم المرسل فقط دون الكنية
