It seems to be not quite right to use the word 'moderator' to reflect the kind of job ie IT. It should be 'administrator'. Moderator word is mainly practically used for a middle man trying to settle the 2 dispute parties, like a negotiator or arbitrator.
Welcome dear Hamdan. In fact there are two types of members who manage this website. Some of them is called 'administrator' and the other is 'moderator'. The difference is that the administrator has full controls of the website even technically, while moderators, they just moderate the contents and the participants in the website. It is very common if you translated the word 'moderator' from English to Arabic by any dictionary, to find it as a man who run some responsibilities or operate something. Further to what I've just mentioned, the English terms used in the script or the program of this forum are written by the programmers team, and they are basically from England.
