Look, we can derive the passive from six verb tenses and here are the examples:
present simple We bake the bread.
passive The bread is baked.
past simple We baked the bread.
passive The bread was baked.
present continuous We are baking the bread.
passive The bread is being baked.
past continuous We were baking the bread.
passive The bread was being baked.
present perfect We have baked the bread.
passive The bread has been baked.
past perfect We had baked the bread.
passive The bread had been baked.

The idea is that we put the object at first then we add a suitable form of verb to be (be, am, is, are, was, were, been, being) [according to the verb tense we use of course] plus the past participle form of the main verb (v3).

EXTRA EXAMPLES:
They have bulit a house.
A house has been built.

The man in black has stolen his money.
His money has been stolen by the man in black.

Joe has washed all the cars.
All the cars have been washed by Joe.
