She told me to leave at 5 o'clock
Let's divide it
1- She told me (to leave at 5 o'clock) : I had to leave at 5 o'clock.
2- She told me to leave (at 5 o'clock) : At 5 o'clock she told me that.

As for Wissamo's sentence I thought also of another interpretation that is :
No entry. Signs were put near the main gate.
But I think Abeer's is more specific :
No, entry signs were put near the main gate.
