you can also see AlJazeera International.....I feel that it is the best....it has many useful programms and these programms tackle Arabic issues; I mean issues related to our world and thoughts....you can also depend on some C.Ds that will help you improve your English....

[englishtext]I think that there are more than one way to improve our English .......You can improve it by reading English books ,making conversation courses , and by listening to English CDs or channels . I advise you to watch Al Huda channel , because it is a very beautiful one [/englishtext]Good Luck

Sahir,as to me I try to watch American movies and series, and try to listen to them carefully with matching all what I hear with all what I read(of course the translation)
what about you......what do you do to improve your English skills???
by the way I hope for the next time please try not to use abbreviations such like "u" instead of you

[englishtext]Actually my favourite book is Longman.
I read as much as I can, and I often recognize how British authors write and how USA authors write. I can tell you British write in a little difficult way. So reading British novels make me improving my english.

Plus I can tell you that if you read 1 issue of TIME or NEWSWEEK every month, you will be a hero in English. Of course you have to find out every new word.[/englishtext]

well, for me i've been since long watching non-translated movies and listen to western music since i've been in the primary school.
although, i still have a difficulty as for the conversation which i can speak English slowly.
i go over lots of internet English sites, and they are very useful too.
in addition, my study in college which allows me to read more novels and plays.
