I, the undersighned Haroun Al-Rasheed, of Egyptian nationality and holding passport No. 11223344 isuued in Homs on 1-1-2001, in accordance with this document do authorise Mr.Tamer Hosny from Syria to act on my behalf in accordance with this power of attorney in borrowing and obtaining credit facilities in my name from Bemo Bank in Homs, and in pledging as security my moveable and immoveable property with the competent departments of Land Registration. The agent shall have the right of disposal over the loan and/or the credit facilities and this in accordance with the regulations provided for in the contraction of a loan and/or the contraction of credit facilities, and over the opening of bank accounts, withdrawal and deposit and the withdrawal of my deposits and funds from any bank whatsoever. I also authorise him without restriction to sign all papers, claims and business transactions relating to the affairs detailed above with all competent authorities and with my joint and mutual obligation for all liabilities which might ensue as a result of my agent using this power of attorney
