Why does nature relieve us?

I wrote this like a year ago and would like to share it with you.
I posted half of it here, and the other half is coming a couple of days later.

Why does nature relieve us?

I was so depressed, and so blue. So I decided to go somewhere where I can be totally alone.
I got dressed and headed outside walking between olive fields in the early morning. As I was walking, a very cold breeze blew, and my lungs filled with fresh air. After almost an hour walking, the good weather, the rising sun, the mountain with snow on top and the cold breeze had all shifted my mood. I got back home smiling at last.
While I was walking I had millions of thoughts, but the most important one was a question, why does nature relieve us? Why when I’m so depressed and so blue, all I have to do was to take a walk in the fields and it is all gone? And I found the answer….

Thanks Nawal8q,
As a matter of fact, I miss these days when I had the opportunity to go with my friends to the farm on weekends; chatting, laughing, playing and even cooking.
Spending nights there was a must for me every week or two. Every now and then, I used to go there whenever I felt depressed, sad or caught up in the routine work.

simply because we are away from it, and we have to go back to our origin.
such as if you travel for a short time, when you come back home you will find the rest

I think that is the reason

Look around you and you will see, how great life can be..

WE ALL LOVE NATURE ...WHO DOES NOT .....THE REASON IS AMBIGUOUS, BUT I THINK IT IS "BEAUTY" ...(THE LOVE OF EVERY SINGLE THING BEAUTIFUL)...

ALSO THE OPEN AREAS NATURE PROVIDES ARE SOOO SIGNIFICANT TO US (PSYCHOLOGICALLY SPEAKING OF COURSE)

It is really a nice topic Nawal and nice comments as well

I'd like to add sth
I think that every aspect of nature symbolise something deep inside us, that's why some of us may like certain aspects other not. For example, some people like the sun other like the moon and vice versa. One of the most beautiful aspects is the the view of the sunset in the sea it is really impressive

What can I say about flowers? They are part of me, I mean part of my name

In addition, the green colour gives us such feeling of relaxation

we all know that nature is something which its main characteristic is purity.
and i think it is something joyable to see these scens.
