It should be noted that there is a big difference between litte & a little The following sentences will show the differnce clearly:   He spoke little English ,so it was difficult to communicate with him. BUT He spoke a little English ,so we were able to communicate with him. :o |

Emad Saleh, Thanks ..  It's really a useful note... "little" indicates negative meaning..i.e: something is hardly absent on the other hand.. "a little" indicates that something exists in present (positive meaning) GOOD LUCK
