i belelive that what we're thinking about before sleeping is one of the Devil's job  in Fact i reprimand my self for something i shouldn't did before..and sometimes i'm thinking about what should i do next time..?? i do my best 2 4get , really i'm tired of thinking.. |

Alot of things ... what will I wear tomorrow morning .. what will I do next day .. puting a plan ... and also I think of some dreams I work hard to make them true ... I think how lucky I am .. I say some prayers .. and so on .... |

I try not to think of any thing>>.or at least think of some happy memories or imaginations in order to avoid nightmares but usually I think about all the things I had done during the day   |
