OK Fares, then can I make a suggestion here? Can we vote on whether or not the interviews with the English teachers should be run in English? For the sake of democracy and students' interest, let us vote on this and see if the English students do really want the interviews in English or Arabic. I do hope this suggestion will be met with your kindest approval and that of the students.
As for Shara saying that computerized exams will be cancelled because of the too many high marks students got in Dr. Mouayed's subject , I don't think Dr. Mouayed has anything to do with the marking then; this is the job of the computers.
