Suppose …you are  a reporter and you report a report on TV , Internet , etc …
When you mention yourself , you say your name and your  profession sparingly .
Sparingly means  : ( To a meagre degree or in a meagre manner ) word web dictionary .
When you appear on the national news, you are somebody. Use this device sparingly.
So you say a word or a phrase empathetically
You say … Rana …
