to put myself in a position where I can help pepole, help myself and help the whole world to go foreword.

That was a very good point; failing an exam is the road that we are going to take it if we keep being laziness. So yes there is no motivation better than fear of failure.

my motivate in sucsess is to be good pesron in the life since after the man finishing his educated , he will give  the benefits to  others and of course without feers there is no succssees

I do agree with you that fear is an odd thing and it certainly impedes success to be achieved. So, that’s wonderful to be a good person in this life and remember you have always to push yourself forward in life and you’ll be great inshallah.
