In this clip we're going to hear a telephone conversation. We'll learn how to use certain phrases and expressions.This time I'll not ask you to write down the whole conversation (because it is so easy ) but to pick up the following:

Answer the phone:

Ask to speak to somebody:
Ask somebody to wait:
Ask about plans:
Say you didn't hear:
Make suggestions:
