is not wrong but it is a restricted use. 'shall' can come after the second and the third pronouns to express insistence on the part of the speaker.

is not wrong because 'love', here, means 'enjoy'.

'for' can sometimes be used in stead of 'because' on the understanding that it should come in the normal order and should be preceded by a coma.

So, the sentence should be like:
Ahmad shall never miss the book he is loving, for he knows how important it is.
