Not The boy swiming in the pool has drown  
because the action is done and finished
........................
I'v cleaned the room which contains some old things
Or  I'v cleaned the room containing some old things  because it is a continuous action


Here are some examples of mine
The man who stole the bank wants to see you.
Not ..man stealing the ...
She has prepared the breakfast which consists of jam and bread.
Or ... breakfast consisting of ...
Right???
