انا طالبة سعودية ادرس بكلية التربيه بالجبيل(سنه أولى) والاثنين ان شاء الله عندنا اختبار شعر

فأبي منكم اذا ماعليكم أمر تترجمون لي:

musical devices

1. Poetry makes use of the music of language

2. The poet chooses words for sound as well as for meaning.

3. He uses sound to reinforce meaning.

4. Edgar Allan Poe describes poetry as 'music combined with a pleasurable idea'.

5.  Verbal music includes connotation , imagery and figurative language.

6. The poet achieves musical quality by the choice and arrangement of sounds.

7. An essential element of all music is repetition.

8. The poet adds musical meaning to verse by repeating sounds in certain combinations and arrangement.

The Turtle
The turtle lives 'twixt plated decks
Which practically conceals its sex
I think it clever of the turtle
In such a fix to be so fertile

Ogden Nash
In this poem, the appeal lies not so much in what he says as in the manner in which he says it.
If the same poem is recast as prose: The turtle lives in a shell which almost conceals its sex. It is ingenious of the turtle, in such a situation, to be so prolific.

Here the joke falls flat and the real appeal is lost.

9. The repetition of initial vowels or consonants serves three purposes:
a. It pleases the ear.
b. It emphasizes the words in which repetition occurs.
c. It gives structure to the poem.

e.g. penny-wise, pound-foolish
sink or swim
dead as a doornail

10. The repetition of initial vowels is ' alliteration'.
e.g. safe and sound
fish or fowl
rime or reason

11. The repetition of vowel sounds is 'assonance'.
e.g free and easy
mad as a hatter

12. The repetition of final consonant sound is 'consonance'

13. Repetition may be used alone or in combination.

بس لانو بكره الامتحان...انا قرأتهم وحاولت اترجمهم بدون برنامج فهمت شوي وبعدها ترجمته ببرنامج الوافي ماحسيت انو الترجمه مزبوطه..

هلأ لقلك شغلة مافي شي سهل اي مجال رح تدخلي ما رح يكون سهل أبداً بس القصة بتتجه لشو بيطلعلك أولاً وتانياً بشو انتي مقتنعة اكتر شي؟
بالنسبة للانكليزي اذا كنتي بتحبي ما رح تلاقي كتير صعوبة متل الي ما عندو رغبة فيه كتير .. بشكل عام بدو دراسة مكثفة وحضور لأنو صاير الحضور هام بهالأيام ومتابعة من اول العام الدراسي وان شاء الله اذا انتي حاطة ببالك انو تنجحي بهالمجال اكيد رح تنجحي فيه    ونحنا هون بالموقع كلنا ايد وحدة واكيد رح تستفيدي معنا
