Here we have a very easy question includes the most difficult word you cannot say it easily
Ok . I Have prepared some words in order to help you as a first step
Let us start :

I am sorry

I hate you

help me

I need you and some thing like that

According to me the most difficult word is I am sorry

Well, I think there are many difficult words to say; according to the situation and to people to whom we say such words. One of the most difficult words is "You disappointed me" especially for those who are the best for us

Yes, I agree we should forgive those whom we love and care about but I meant in my previous comment that to say "You disappointed me" for those people is really difficult because we always expect the best from them
