أنا كان قصدي على الفرق بين
effective و
affective
وليس عن اصل الكلمة ..
كلاهما صفه ولكن الفرق في الاستخدام هو التالي :

ان affective  هي ترجمة كلمة "مؤثر" بمعنى مؤثر نفسياً بالشكل العاطفي او النفسي

اما effective هي ترجمة كلمة " مؤثر" بمعنى فعال أو ذو نتيجة وتستخدم للتعبير عن الأثر النفسي ولكن بشكل ضئيل و الأولى هي الأصح ..
