زراعة الأشجار المثمرة في المحافظات السورية
شهد العقدان الأخيران اهتمام و رعاية كبير من الدولة نحو تطوير الزراعة و أساليبها و قد نالت زراعة الأشجار المثمرة حيزا كبيرا من هذا الاهتمام لما لهذه الأشجار من أهمية في الاقتصاد الزراعي السوري من جهة و من قيمة غذائية كبيرة من جهة ثانية فهي تشكل جانبا هاما من غذاء السكان نتيجة لاحتوائها على السكريات و النشويات و الأحماض العضوية و البروتينات و الفيتامينات المختلفة.

 
The last twenty years take an interest in .... from the govenment to developing the agriculture and its patterns. Planting frutful trees has taken a great interest for this trees have an importance in Syrian agriculture economy from one hand. On the other hand for a huge alimentary value. It makes an importance side from inhabitants nourishment for it contains sugars, starchy, acid, proteins, and various vitamines.

 
Planting Productive Trees in Syrian Cities

In the last two decades, the government payed an enormous attention towards developing the agriculture and its patterns.A great extent of this attention was directed to the planting of  productive trees; because of their importance in the Syrian agriculture economy from the one hand,and their huge alimentary value on the other. Because of containing sugars, starchy, acid, proteins,and many other vitamines,the planting of productive trees is considered as an important part of the inhabitants nourishment

دع الانسولين عندك
ان نقص الانسولين يمكن ان يتسبب بمرض السكري في النوع الثاني من السلسلة المكونة من نوعين.
تبين كيف ان الطعام الغني بالفيتامينات والكروم يمكن ان يساعد في ضبط السكري.
لا حاجة لان تكون مريضا بالسكري لتقرأ هذا فبوسعك فعليا تجنب السكري بتناول الطعام المناسب وبعكس الفهم الشائع فإن السكر لا يسبب السكري السبب الفعلي للسكري هو النقص او عندم الفعالية في انتاج الانسولين الذي هو الهرمون المتحكم بكيفية تمثل الجسم بالسكر.

البقوليات هي مواد عالية الكربوهيدرات والالياف وتساعد في إبقاء السكري تحت السيطرة .
ما يجب تجنبه هو الأطعمة الجاهزة و المقالي و الأطعمة الدسمة بما فيها الأجبان و البطاطس و غيرها.
